Mercer Caverns
Is a great
tourist attraction and highly recommended to the casual area visitor.
With tours at approximately 45 minutes long, you don't need to be an experienced
"spelunker" to enjoy the scenery. Mercer Caverns is located
just outside of town off of Sheep Ranch Road.
Murphys
Creek Theatre
Hosts a semiprofessional theatre group which produces the annual “Theatre
Under the Stars” which is a summer outdoor theatre festival at the Stevenot
Winery.
Wineries
Murphys has become a fantastic
destination for wine enthusiasts, and now rivals the Napa and Sonoma regions
for shear numbers and quality of wines produced. |
