Chinese Camp  is little more than five miles south of Jamestown on HI49. Though not completely deserted Chinese Camp is no longer the thriving community it once was.

Knights Ferry  is about 15 miles south of Jamestown and has been designated a "Historic District". You will find it alongside the Stanislaus River. To find this great little ghost, you will need to head south on 180/49 from Jamestown being sure to follow 180 as it separates from HI49. Continue to follow 180 for 10-12 miles, then take the Knights Ferry turnoff.
