Caswell Memorial State Park is located along the Stanislaus River
near the town of Ripon, California. The park's 258 acres are designated
to protect a fine example of the threatened and still declining
riparian oak woodland, which once flourished throughout California's
Central Valley. Caswell is home to several endangered animal species
as well, including the riparian brush rabbit which is has no other
known habitat.
The campgrounds have
a picnic area, restrooms and showers.

Take the Austin road exit off of SR99. Travel south on Austin
Road for approximately 6 miles. Austin Road leads directly into
the park.
